Francisweets was born in 2024 thanks to the support of my family. I've always dreamed about opening my own dessert shop, and after 10 years here I am: finally opening to the products my delicious sweets! I've always loved baking. When I was at school, I used to come home and watch the cooking programs at the television. My mum used to say I was good, and started asking me to bake more. And then everything happened: brownies, cookies, cupcakes, bars, granola, birthday cakes... every occasion was a perfect excuse to enclose myself in the kitchen and start to bake something good. During University, I couldn't leave this as a dream and so I decided to join a pastry school in my city. That's how I could realize my dream and work for my favorite pastry chef: Ernst Knam. During that time I learned so much and realized a dream. And now I want to bring that to all of you. I hope you'll find it as sweet as I am!

My family, my friends: my all life long supporters

In my team there are the people that have supported me during all my life: my mum, my dad, my sister and me. But I also have to mention my friends and my community, which haven't stopped one single day to support and encourage me. Thank you and I love you.

My ingredients

For my sweets I use ingredients 100% organic. Flour, sugar, fruits and nuts: everything is bio and comes from the best producers.
